Based on our extensive experience, and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, we will offer elegant solutions that will capture your imagination.

We then will determine what work we should do ourselves, and which aspect we will subcontract. As the general contractor, we are responsible for hiring reliable tradespeople we know can meet our timeline and our high standards of excellence. We only hire dependable subs who we have long-established relationships with – people we can vouch for.

From here, we will provide you with a detailed quote. And by detailed, we mean a realistic and accurate quote. It’s OUR job to know the business and reflect what’s required to complete your renovation in our contract with you. At Binford, we believe in honesty and integrity up-front.

We realize that it can be an inconvenience when your home becomes a worksite. That’s why we strive to complete the project in a timely fashion – and to keep the workspace as tidy as possible. When we’re done, the only evidence that we’ve been there will be your remarkable new renovation!

After the work is complete we will follow up with you to ensure all work is done correctly and to your satisfaction.
